About the group
Founded by brothers Tom and Oli Denton, Denton Property Group is a privately held UK property investment business. We work across multiple sectors of the residential market — from social housing and student co-living to private rentals and selective development — backed by decades of combined experience and a robust investment framework.
We are deliberately small. Every acquisition is appraised, structured and monitored by the founders themselves, supported by an experienced advisory team. Our focus is on well-located, fundamentally sound assets that compound value over the long term.

Tom is co-founder of Denton Property Group. With over a decade in the property industry, he leads sourcing, appraisal and acquisition through to completion. He has delivered multiple acquisitions across social housing, student co-living and the private rental market.

Oli is co-founder of Denton Property Group. A Chartered Global Management Accountant, he leads group finance and strategy with specific responsibility for sourcing, assessment and portfolio monitoring. His background in a FTSE 100 environment underpins the firm's financial discipline.
